Rich Dad Education™ Seminar Review
Where do I begin?????? Real Estate Investing is alive and booming even though we are in a recession. I decided to attend the “free” Rich Dad Seminar after a friend at Keller Williams Realty encouraged me to go and check it out. Long and short, a trainer presented information about attending a 3-day “Learn to Be Rich” Training for $495 (regular price $995). I must admit, it was a great sales pitch. The speaker gave success stories of people who have used the training, as well as his own personal experience. I really enjoyed the information and decided to attend the Rich Dad Education™ training for $495.
The “Learn to Be Rich” Training was the best $495 investment I have made in a long time, and in my opinion could have easily been worth $1,000+ for what we learned. The class was Friday & Saturday 9a.m.-7p.m., and Sunday 9a.m.-5p.m. I initially thought it would be a long drawn out training, but it couldn’t last long enough….the speaker…Marc Hrisko was an Awesome Speaker!!! He was very informative, and gave lots of valuable information. He covered quite a few topics, but the most important ones were the numerous ways to purchase property with no money down (I always thought there was a catch to it, but it really is not), foreclosures, how to find other people’s money to use and where to find it, using Real Estate in Any Market Condition to build wealth, Asset Protection (boy is there a lot to know in this realm), and ultimately how to get out of the Rat Race and embark upon a wealthier life. This training truly changed my outlook on where I want to be, and helped to confirm that I will stay in Real Estate and take it to the next level…..Investing!!!

There are 15 advanced trainings that include topics like Wholesale buying, Short Sales, Asset Protection, Foreclosure training, and Rehabbing for Profit. I decided to hold off on purchasing the advanced training and just purchase the software program for now. The software coupled with my Real Estate Experience will be enough to get my first deal done. Plus you have access to the Rich guides for life (available to answer questions, and help guide you). Once I get my first deal done, then I will pay for my education. I have read lots of negative reviews about the training offered, prices, and quite frankly I don’t think what they are offering is extremely bad considering how much someone pays to go to school to become a Doctor/Surgeon, and they are still in the Rat Race!!! Knowledge is power, and once you have it…No One can take it away!!! Sort of like….Give a man a fish to eat and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime!! I will keep you up to par with my Investment dealings, and give you periodic updates.
I am sure you are probably wondering what the negative is…..well the only negative thing I have to say about the Rich Dad Education™ Seminar(s) is that they shouldn’t put so much pressure on you with the pricing. The onsite pricing is only offered that weekend, and after that it will be somewhere in between the onsite price, and full price….that is a bummer for those who wanted to purchase, but couldn’t because of circumstances beyond their control. This was a great, enriching Seminar, and I would attend it again!!!

Nikki – congrats on take such a bold step. Since you have attended the sessions and posted this review, how have you applied what you learned?
Marc does a great job. I have heard him speak and got a lot out of the training. I do agree with you about the pressure on buying right there with the favored pricing. I wish they would not do that, but I guess it helps with sales.
So how did the software work for you? Did you do some deals?

You mentioned that when you will keep us posted on your dealings from the time of the 3-day seminar. How has the training helped you? I have researched this program extensively from an “outsider” viewpoint and only see naysayers or exhuberant beginners, not someone who has tested these principles. So, do you have any results? Thanks in advance or post to RSS.
did you sign up for the training yet? How did it go? did you use the software? I’m trying to decide about signing up and am looking for guidance from someone who has gone before me.

Seeing as on how this was posted back in Jan, I’m sure you now realized that it is BS that you have access to Rich guides who are actually able to help you. I enrolled for the advance training and still cannot get a person on the line who knows what they are doing, in fact… it’s my “lucky” day if I do manage to even get someone on the phone live. I was wondering what your outcome has been thus far with “assistance” from them that they talk so highly of yet is totally unavailable

@ Roland… Marc was an awesome speaker, and I really enjoyed him teaching our class.The sales pitch is the worst, and I totally hate seminars or anything of the sort using those tactics. It is the “deal now” or “pay more later” syndrome that we experience. It often has us to spend because we don’t want to lose a good deal, but often we should have never went for it because we didn’t really want or need it. @Emma… Our rich guide was available for us when we had questions. He passed away right before we decided to cancel. I had spoken with him that Friday, and then I called back and left a message for him on his voicemail because I had another question and when I hadn’t heard back from him in a few days… I called to see what had happened, and he had passed away. It was really sad. You should have someone assigned to you???
Thank you for all of your comments, Again… We ended up cancelling because it was too much of a hassle. It really was a waste of money for us. They make it sound like it’s soo easy, but it really is not. Even though the software does some of the work, you still have to do a lot of it. It required a lot of time for researching properties, taxes, etc…. It really is something that once you try it out, you’lI know if it is something you want to do or not. We tested the software out for about 2 weeks and then decided to cancel it. The software is now sitting on my shelf…. $1,795 (we purchased an extra activation for another computer)… Down the drain for now… Once the economy picks back up… I’m sure we may pick it back up.
i have a question that if you don’t have a activation code for rich dad real estate software, how should i get it. if you have a time, please let me know. thank you!
