Sorry for the mini absence, but I have been swamped. I've been going to bed at 3 & 4 a.m., trying to finish my site. I tell you... XSitePro2 was pretty easy to use, once I actually USED the tutorial. The only part that was challenging was actually getting DL Guard set up and working. It changed my Aweber form, and it was a mess trying to figure out what was wrong... But the great customer service from all three...Aweber, HostGator & DL Guard was amazing. After their help NikkiBlassingame.com was up and ready for visitors. My knowledge of HTML is very little, but it makes it ok when you have companies willing to go above and beyond to help their customers who are not so "HTML" savvy... I finally decided that I would create my first lead capture page at Nikki Blassingame.com . Boy… has this turned out to be more of a challenge than I expected. I’ve had XSitePro2 for six months, and decided to give creating my first website a try this past Saturday. I’m still working on it, and I guess I won't be so hard on myself since this is my first website… I’m hoping to be done with it by this upcoming weekend Sunday, March 14th, though. Don’t get me wrong, I love challenges, so by far this is not a complaint. I’m just saying that I ”thought” it would be easier. XSitePro2 has so many options, and they are very easy to implement (most are click here, click there); it’s just trying to figure out how to protect my download page that’s stumping me. Well....I haven't always been a huge goal setter, but here lately my motto has been setting goals and doing them "One BabyStep at a time"! I aim to accomplish at least one of my MANY goals each day. I haven't had a chance to work on any articles yet because I'm still working on my landing page. Though, I thought I was set on the lay out and everything....... I have actually decided to switch gears a little, and instead of doing a landing page specifically for Maverick Money Makers (also referred by me in my ads and articles as the Secret Society Money Club),  I am going to create a landing page selling "ME"..Nikki Blassingame! This is going to be a test to see how well it does, and from there I will make changes if necessary... but in all honesty...I actually think this is going to work out just Great for what I am planning on doing. I'll definitely keep you updated. Today I spent pretty much the whole day trying to figure out how to widen the recent posts, recent comments, and archives sidebar on my Babysteps 2 Millions blog, how to add AdSense , and adding my parked domains to Google AdSense for domains (I own over 80 domains, and most of them are just parked) .  I'm sure the first two for most people are probably easy, but I'm telling you.... I am STRUGGLING with this HTML..... I still can't believe how long I worked on just those three things today. Well, I didn't get anything accomplished again today.... My children were home from school and it was pretty much a lax day. They go back to school tomorrow so I should be able to get some work done. I am trying to figure out how to add the a Twitter plugin to my blog. All this HTML/CSS/Website stuff if really killing me, but I have to get it figured out.  I was actually in the process of downloading the Twitterupdater when for some reason all the Internet Explorer windows I had opened....closed....argh, argh..... Now my Internet connection is acting sluggish for some reason. I listened to a call tonight where Kathleen Gage interviewed Willie Crawford and boy was it an AWESOME call!!!! Willie is very motivational to say the least, and I picked up a few tidbits of information from him this evening... I am very disappointed though.....  he is having a Birthday Bash Seminar  (he is turning 50) March 27-29th in Orlando, FL and I can't attend because my daughter is in her very 1st pageant the 28th and I just can't miss it....I REALLY want to attend his Birthday Bash Seminar.....it is very affordable and  there are some Great Speakers lined up....Stephen Pierce, Mark Hendricks,  David Preston, Lynn Terry, Kathleen Gage, and Kevin Johnson....just to name a few.... There's no need to marvel on..... I guess I'll just have to catch the next one ( I hope it will be as convenient and affordable as this one)...What a Bummer!!! Totally changing subjects here... Stay away from Camera Giants Inc.com they boast the lowest price on the Internet for the camcorders and camera I was looking at, and I am convinced they are a scam.
